  • About
Store mushrooms in the fridge in a paper bag to allow them to breathe. Don’t leave them in plastic as this makes them sweat. Wild mushrooms are best eaten on the day they are picked and will last no longer than 1 day in the fridge; cultivated mushrooms will last up to 3 days.
