  • About
Crepes are made using a sweetened batter of flour, milk, melted butter and eggs. At their simplest, they are eaten with a dusting of sugar and a squeeze of lemon, or they can be wrapped around a filling or soaked in a sauce. Thicker batters are used to make pancakes, pikelets and waffles.
