You will need:
A set of saucepans ranging in diameter from five to nine inches with a lid for the largest one only.
A small enamel saucepan four and a half inches in diameter.
Two iron frying pans with absolutely flat bottoms, measuring between seven and eight inches across.
A pan for eggs.
A small kettle holding a pint and a half.
A colander.
A pan for deep-frying with a draining basket.
