Thank you to everyone in Copenhagen who made this project possible – the chefs, cooks and our friends and family who gave us their family recipes as well as their versions of classics, traditional and modern classics. Our assistants were the best – Morten Bentzon for taking up this challenges and patiently guiding Christine with all technical stuff, Karen Moltesen and Amalie Gielow for organising all our props and Katrine Meilke on food.
