Country women take advantage of a leisurely day (frequently a stormy one when they must be indoors) to cook large quantities of such things as beef, or tomato sauce, or a big turkey for freezing. Later they use these foods as the basis for many tempting dishes that have no earmarks of leftovers. We give you a recipe for freezing beef cubes, then five quick recipes using the frozen cubes.
