  • About
A pork loin or fresh pork leg roast, bright with glaze, is one of the tempting and rewarding dishes that comes to country dinner tables. The brown gravy especially makes appetites soar.
We give you also many other pleasing ways to cook pork. Be sure to try Fresh Pork Pot Roast with Dumplings. And look at our variety of pork chop recipes. Notice too, the Timetable for Broiling Pork. You can broil rib or loin chops, ¾ to 1″ thick, in 20 to 25 minutes, turning once during the cooking.
The Chinese excel in dishes made with strips or thin slices of pork. Our recipe collection contains some adaptations of oriental masterpieces— Chow Mein for instance. Ground pork makes quick Chop Suey and other dishes, such as Pork Cabbage Rolls.
