The good New England cook who sent us this recipe for chicken pie bakes a few of them every year just after Thanksgiving Day. She stores them in her freezer. During the week-before-Christmas bustle, she delivers the pies, her Christmas gifts, to lucky friends. The pie rated exceptionally high in taste tests made in our Countryside Kitchens.
