Appears in
Farm Journal’s Country Cookbook

  • About
Busy farm women know that an easy way to add variety and superior flavor to salads is to have several kinds of dressings stored in the refrigerator. Each of the following four recipes yields a pint of dressing that will stay fresh for a month if tightly capped. Let the dressings chill at least a day before you use them. They are excellent on tossed greens and many other salads. Experiment with them and your adventures in salad-making will please you, your family and friends.
