Pogácsa

Pogácsa roughly translated means biscuit. Once in Debrecen I was served a pogácsa one foot in diameter, which surely must be the Goliath of biscuits. Although there are only two basic types, salty and sweet, within these limits there are many different kinds of pogácsa.
