Ingredients in the recipes are given in both Imperial (oz, pints, etc) and metric (g, ml, etc) measures: use either set of quantities, but not a mixture of both, in any one recipe. All teaspoons and tablespoons are level unless otherwise stated; metric spoon measures, if you follow these instead, are always level.
