  • Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C/gas mark 6. Beat an egg in a small bowl. I highly recommend adding a few threads of saffron to the beaten egg, for color and aroma.
  • After you are done filling, shaping, and arranging kleicha on a lightly greased baking sheet, brush the pieces with the beaten egg, and bake them in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
