  • About
When man first topped his wedge of pie with ice cream, he discovered one of this country’s best dessert combinations. And the cook who first put ice cream into a pie shell and topped it with crushed, red-ripe strawberries or glossy chocolate sauce created a fabulous dessert.
Take your pick of our ice cream pies, fancy or plain, and then, using them as guides, try other combinations. It’s difficult to go wrong when you put pastry and ice cream together, but you do need a freezer or a freezing compartment in the refrigerator to insure success.
