No farm woman needs to be reminded how attractive puffs of whipped cream are on pies. We borrowed a trick from her for our Snow Cream Pie—try it, just in case you’ve forgotten how pretty and tasty berry preserves are on pie. And we’ve used jellies, melted, for glazing some of our best 1-crust fruit and berry pies and tarts.
