Wonderful Nutty Tops

Nuts add crunchy texture and rich flavors—both in and on pies. Almost any chiffon pie is enhanced by a sprinkling of chopped nuts at serving time —black walnuts do wonders for chocolate pies. This section deals with nut toppings; the nut pies are in Chapter 4.
