  • About
I have eaten sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables as well as fermented dairy all my life, but fermented probiotic drinks are fairly new to me. I had rejuvelac as a little girl, but I had never heard of kombucha and kefir water until the year 2006 on a raw food retreat in the English countryside. I was blown away by both, and loved what they did to my digestive health. Since then, there is always a probiotic drink brewing in my kitchen. Kombucha and water kefir are staples but I also experiment with kvasses and rejuvelac. My family loves fermented drinks, and you will find that children don’t need fizzy soft drinks when there are these great-tasting alternatives.
