I would dare to say that at least 90% of clients coming to me have their root cause of their disorder in an unbalanced gut. The following are some conditions that may be helped by balancing and enhancing our microbiome. We should be wary of treating serious diseases simply, and to view fermented food as a catch-all remedy, but it is undeniable that regularly including fermented foods will help us to balance and enhance our all-important microbiome.
