  • About

From the age of 5 Josceline Dimbleby’s childhood was spent abroad, mostly in the Middle East and South America, so that at an early age she learned to appreciate a wide range of food.

Josceline’s instinct has always been to create her own recipes, which results in varied and interesting dishes, but leading a very busy life herself she appreciates the value of advance preparation and simple methods. Her penchant for unusual and delicious first courses has been a feature of many of her previous books for Sainsbury’s, and they have now inspired a new collection of their own.
