Some international stores also cater to West Africans. Explore local Latin, Caribbean, and Asian stores as they often carry some ingredients used in Ghanaian cooking.

West African ingredients are increasingly available in the U.S. at large grocery chains such as Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods.
