Glorious Game

  • About
“Wild game is truly organic
One misunderstanding about organic’ meat is that we assume the animals are allowed to roam freely. Sadly, this is not always the case. An organic, free-range chicken, for example, may be fed organic grain and raised in a barn with limited access to outside space – the parameters of organic certification are quite blurred. Game is natural and lives in harmony in its natural environment and ecosystem.
The special flavour of game comes from its unique and natural life – farmed meats can’t compete. You can’t compare a anodyne, farmed chicken breast with little or no flavour to that of a magnificent pheasant that’s led an active life and eaten the best from the land.
