  • About
Dairy should always be stored in the fridge. Often, it will store longer than recommended. I encourage you to taste it before you pitch it. At best, it is still fine and can be used. At worst, you’ll have a sour milk taste in your mouth. Not so bad. Some items freeze well (noted within their individual boxes) but, in general, frozen dairy has a curdled texture when thawed, so I try to avoid it.
