Dicing Carrots

  • About
  1. Cut off the ends and peel the carrot. Cut the carrot into lengths no more than 2 inches long.
  2. Cut each length into 3 or more lengthwise slices, depending on the thickness.

  3. Cut each slice into ¼-inch-thick sticks.

  4. Line the sticks up and cut crosswise into dice.
