All recipes serve eight unless otherwise stated and are written to metric.

They can be converted successfully to imperial by using the following tables except the pastry recipes where only metric should be used. Do not combine metric and imperial.
Standards Liquid
1 tsp = 5 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 fl oz = 30 ml
1 ml = 0.35 ml
1 pint = 20 fl oz
1 litre = 35 fl oz
Standards Solid
1 oz = 30 g
1 lb = 16 oz (480g)
1 g = 0.35 oz
1 kg = 2.2 lb
