  • About
Even if you don’t live in a warm climate, ice cream is always the best. In fact, I think I prefer it in winter. I know that I like it in spring and autumn as well, and I am not prejudiced when it comes to flavours. I love them all! There are some great ice cream recipes dotted throughout this book, not just in this chapter. This particular chapter actually contains more recipes that don’t require an ice cream churner. There are also parfaits, which are easy to create and you can make them in multiple flavours and add endless inclusions. They are great set in moulds or turned out, and they cut well into different shapes.
