ANYTIME UP TO 1 DAY AHEAD Make potted salmon. Make chocolate pavé. Make compote.

ANYTIME DURING THE DAY Make white chocolate sauce. Toast almonds for broccoli. Cook noodles, cool and cover. Prepare other ingredients for scallops and make sticky sauce.

30 MINUTES TO GO Remove potted salmon from fridge.

5 MINUTES TO GO Put starters on plates. Boil water for broccoli.

SERVE THE STARTER

WHILE YOU CLEAR THE STARTER Cook broccoli. Fry scallops. Warm sauce. Put noodles in microwave to reheat for 5 minutes.
