  • About
My mother passed away at 49 years old, from colon cancer. For all her knowledge about wellness, she lived her life addicted to sugar and, for a while, cigarettes. And they stole her life. That’s the long and short of it.
After she died, I left Miami and moved to Philadelphia and started a new career. I was done with food: no more cooking; no more pastry chef hours and stress. My plan was to work in art as an illustrator and use the Bachelors (and Masters) of Fine Arts degrees I earned in university.
