We’ve explained why protein supplements are unnecessary for almost everyone. But that’s certainly not to say you should write off supplements entirely. Before we go into detail, however, it’s important to understand that your needs might be different from ours, so don’t assume that because we take (or don’t take) something, that you’ll want or need to do the same.
