For a special menu in celebration of the food of Provence, we came up with a three-ice-cream plate; Lavender Honey, Walnut, and Prune and Armagnac. You don’t have to make all three, of course, one at a time is wonderfully satisfying. But, ah, if you have the time, try this trio. It will transport you to the south of France.
