Palo Cortado

A dry wine ranging from austere and complex to soft and rounded with some fruit. Starts life as an amontillado but takes on the palate and colour of an oloroso. A very small percentage of sherries transfer themselves into palo cortado. To be drunk chilled or at room temperature.
