  • About
A selection of dried fruits is a must. Apart from tasting delicious, they are high in nutritional content, particularly apricots. Apples, apricots, bananas, currants, dates, figs, pears and raisins are most widely used in both sweet and savoury dishes. Try mixing them with nuts and celery to stuff root vegetables.
