Our aim is pretty simple at the Quality Chop Shop. We want you to be able to eat our food even when you’re not in the restaurant – whether that’s snug at home on a chilly night, lazing on a rug in a sunny park, or stuck on a delayed train and in need of solace.
We deal in comfort food: crust-crumbling, thickly packed pork pies; loaves of spongy, wonderful-smelling sourdough from our friends at Little Bread Pedlar. A glinting crimson slab of Hereford bone in ribeye carved that morning by our in-house butcher, who’ll tell you exactly how to cook it, and what to eat it with. Pillowy sandwiches, stuffed with custard-yellow egg mayo, beef and horseradish or chicken lavished with curry-spiced mayonnaise. The best flapjacks in London (fact).
