Oven temperatures are in centigrade – if you’re cooking in a fan oven, lower the temperatures by 20°C. If you’re using gas, use the conversion chart below.

All spoon measurements are standard sizes and level unless stated otherwise.

All eggs are large unless stated otherwise.

All butter is salted unless stated otherwise.

All dairy products are whole-fat unless stated otherwise.

All salt and pepper is to taste unless specified.
