  • About

Casa Sibilla is a true family restaurant and deli, set up by owner and chef Paola Sibilla in 2010. Inspired by her mother’s cooking as a child, Paola went to culinary school and realised that she could cook in ways that her mother couldn’t. She refined her techniques and embarked on a culinary journey that would take her through Italy and Paris to London.

Having been based in Brick Lane and Marylebone, Paola felt a connection with Brixton immediately, feeling that ‘this is my house’ when she first came to the Village. It seemed the perfect place to introduce people to proper, regional Italian food rather than what people have come to think of as Italian food.
