  • About
  • Use an accurate set of measuring cups. Cup measures are level and not tightly packed.
  • All spoon measures are level.
  • Use scales that measure in grams and are large enough to weigh up to 5kgs.
  • Always weigh butter. Don’t rely on pack markings.
