  • 1 cup dried = 3 cups cooked
  • 1 cup to 5 cups water
Cook in boiling salted water for approximately 10 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water. Drain again and squeeze out excess moisture with a clean tea towel. Mix through 1 teaspoon of olive oil to stop orzo sticking together.
