  • About
  • 1 cup dried pearl barley = 2½ cups cooked
  • 1 cup pearl barley to 5 cups water or stock
Cook in boiling salted water for approximately 15 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water. Drain again and squeeze out excess moisture with a clean tea towel.
