Storage

Celery root is a good keeper, whether in a root cellar or in the refrigerator. Remove and discard any stalks and leaves. Do not wash the root or trim the gnarly bottom. Wrap in a dry paper towel and place in a loosely sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator. (The paper towel helps wick away moisture trapped in the bag.) Celery root will keep for at least 2 weeks.
