Come summer we drink ridiculous amounts of lemonade. Starting with a lemon simple syrup gives you the flexibility to take this lemonade in two different directions: a floral orange blossom lemonade or one scented with toasted cumin. If you’re like me and love fizzy lemonades, dilute the concentrate with chilled club soda.
