Naomi Duguid and Jeffrey Alford, travelers, cooks, photographers, and writers, have worked together since they met in Tibet in 1985. Award-winning authors of Flatbreads and Flavors: A Baker’s Atlas and Hot Sour Salty Sweet, they have contributed frequently to Food & Wine, Gourmet, Food Arts, and many other food magazines. Their stock photo agency, Asia Access, is based in Toronto, where they live with their two sons.
