A wide variety of Spanish products—from pimentón to chorizo to cheeses, serrano ham, rice, piquillo peppers, olive oils, sherry vinegars, boutique anchovies, and canned tuna—are available by mail order. Here are some reliable sources. Despaña Brand Foods and La Española are particularly good for sausages and other meat products. La Tienda and the Spanish Table are excellent bets for utensils, such as earthenware cazuelas and paella pans. Spanish comestibles can also be found at gourmet and cookware stores, such as Whole Foods and Dean & Deluca.
