Say Andalusia and one drink springs to mind: sherry. Most sherry bodegas are concentrated in the province of Cádiz, but the region’s other DOs, such as Montilla-Moriles in Córdoba, and Málaga, around the city of the same name, also are the source of outstanding fortified wines.
