The Layout of the book reflects the way we work at Sweet Studio, with Lots of fantastic dishes with multiple components. With so many elements to a dish, though, there has to be a workflow, as not all of the components for a cake or dessert can be made in one day.
I suggest that you read through the recipes of all the components of a particular dish first. Check that you have all of the required ingredients and equipment and organise your oven and freezer space. Then I suggest that you attempt each recipe on its own and store it correctly for assembly later on. This will ensure that not too many jobs are in progress at one time.
