Baghdati

Gaioz Sopromadze is a winemaker living in the town of Baghdati. He was one of the first members of the Slow Food Qvevri Presidium organized by Ramaz Nikoladze. His wines, of Tsolikouri and Chkhaveri, are produced from family vineyards and made in outdoor qvevri.
