Ének Peterson is an American cellist and singer who came to Georgia to study polyphonic music in 2014 and never left. She works at Ghvino Underground and has recently begun making wine from 180 15-year-old vines she bought in 2015, in the village next to Baghdati. enek.peterson@gmail.com
