  • About
About 15 kilometres (9 miles) east of Batumi, on the road towards Keda and Akhaltsikhe as it follows the Acharistskali River valley and starts to climb towards the mountains, is one of the most lovely restaurants in western Georgia. The Adjarian Wine House is a wide stone and brick building, with attractive reception and dining rooms and ample winemaking cellars. In summer there are canopied tables set out in the garden overlooking a vineyard and surrounded by trees, or a terraced stone tower on which to eat.
