  • About

Kay Wot stores like a champ if it’s covered tightly and kept in the fridge. Like other stewed foods, it’s even better the next day, once the flavors have had a chance to mingle. It will most likely thicken in the fridge, so simply stir in a little extra water before heating it up. I usually do this in a small saucepan on the stove or in a ceramic bowl in the microwave. If you have lots of extras, try turning some of your leftovers into Leftover Patties or use them as a filling for crunchy, stuffed sambusas.
