Alicha wot make terrific leftovers and in many instances are even better the next day. Store them in tightly closed containers in the fridge for up to five days. They’ll thicken once they’re cold, so be sure to stir in a little water before you reheat them either on the stove top or in the microwave. If you have lots of extras, use them as a filling for crunchy, stuffed sambusas, and dip them into a spicy sauce.
