Food processor and/or immersion blender

Digital scales
Digital probe thermometer

Polycarbonate chocolate moulds (these are preferable to silicone as you get a better shine on your finished chocolates)

Baking trays and cake tins cookie sheets, 1kg/2 lb loaf tin, 2 x 20cm sandwich tins, 1 x 18cm or 20cm and 1 x 22cm or 24cm springform cake tins, cupcake or muffin tray, 1 x 30x20cm shallow tin, Bundt tin, individual pudding moulds
