Try these delicious combinations after special dinners, when something more festive than regular coffee is called for.
  • Kahlúa Coffee: Add 1 ounce of Kahlúa to a cup of rich coffee; top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated orange zest.
  • Almond Coffee: Add 1 ounce of amaretto liqueur to a cup of hot coffee, and top with a dollop of whipped cream and toasted almond slivers.
  • Brandy Coffee: Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 ounce of brandy with a cup of hot coffee; stir in 1 teaspoon unsalted butter and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
