CAFÉ AU LAIT: Equal amounts of hot, freshly brewed, strong French roast and warm milk poured into a cup simultaneously.

CAPPUCCINO: A taste of Italy that is easily made without a cappuccino machine by whipping warm milk in a blender for 1 minute to produce a bit of foam. Combine equal quantities of very strong, freshly brewed Italian-roast coffee with the frothy milk; dust with chocolate shavings and ground cinnamon and serve with sugar.
