  • About
There’s no need to sacrifice our good looks just because we want to get tipsy! Collagen protein is available commercially as a superfine powder that blends into any liquid, cold or hot, and has no taste at all. It doesn’t alter the texture of the beverage you add it to, either. Since I promised vegan options for all drinks, this chapter is full of collagen-promoting foods for mixers.
Beets, berries, citrus, and white tea are plant-based collagen boosters that are used throughout and will help bring a little extra spring (literally!) to your step. If you aren’t vegan, I encourage you to add a tablespoon of collagen powder to each drink for maximum benefit. There’s no need to take any extra actions beyond simply shaking or stirring the powder in with other ingredients.
